Gleaning
~Mondays at 1:30PM~
Gleaning is an opportunity to receive food at no cost. On Mondays, we receive food that grocery stores can no longer sell - as they appear damaged, passed the expiration date, or they have overstock. We have a wonderful team of volunteers who set everything out on tables at Adventure Church for you to pick out what you need. All you need to do is show up, line up outside and wait for a volunteer to tell you it's your turn. The line-up starts to form 30 minutes before we open the doors. You can bring your own bags or you are welcome to use some of ours.
Small Group Sundays
~The first Sunday every month~
At Adventure we value real community. Sunday morning services are powerful, worshipping together in a large group setting and letting God's Word change us through Spirit led teaching, but God also designed us for close relationship with others. It is in these closer relationships that we can encourage one another toward growth in our spiritual walk and in living out the life God made us for. We value relationship so much that we think it's worth making space for by pausing our regular Sunday worship service on the first Sunday of each month to cultivate meaningful relationships around Christ in small groups. Our groups are always ready to welcome new people. We would love to help you find community by connecting you with a small group that is a good fit for you.

Monthly Prayer & Worship Nights
Worship nights are 6:00 pm on the Thursday before the first Sunday of each month.
We believe prayer is our great privilege as followers of Jesus! We can seek Him in intercession and hear His voice speaking to our hearts. (John 10:27) As a community we desire to develop a culture of prayer and worship that permeates every aspect of our lives, in fellowship together and in private. It is through prayer that we demonstrate our faith that God is the one who can do the unimaginable in our lives and in this city. When He moves on our prayers, He gets all the glory. We believe God is always eager for us to call out to Him. He is ready to respond! This is why we commit to regular times of gathering together in unity to seek God and connect with Him. We hope you can join us as we move into action on our faith through prayer and worship!
