More and more our faith in Christ seems to be separating us from the main stream views of those around us, especially here in the Pacific Northwest. So how do we share our faith in an environment where many people don't seem interested in Jesus? How do we avoid becoming bitter, cynical or discouraged about evangelism? This tension is not new. In our series "Evangelism as Exiles" we will look at the instruction of the apostle Peter to the early Christians who faced some of the same social challenges as we are facing today in their effort to spread the Good News of Jesus. His instruction will offer fresh hope to us cultural exiles, as we seek to live as effective ambassadors of a much better Kingdom!
