Do you usually celebrate Easter with the same level of passion and investment as you do Christmas? I think many of us would have to honestly answer...Not really. Easter is kind of a one weekend holiday for many. Christmas is a month of decorating, parties, shopping, planning, anticipating and intentionality. Setting aside the commercialism, what if we directed the same amount of heart and effort toward worshipping God for His incredible love expressed through the Cross? For 6 weeks leading up to Easter we will take space to study, reflect, and respond to 6 powerful and personal truths that Jesus accomplished for us as "The Word of the Cross". Let's make a tradition of celebrating Jesus' Passion for us with a worthy and heartfelt passion of our own!
