Jeff and his wife Star began attending Adventure Community Church in 2005. Before coming here, the two were missionaries in Albania with Youth With A Mission for four years. As pastor, Jeff oversees the spiritual growth of those in the Adventure Church Community. His passion is to see people growing in their personal relationship with God, grasping their true identity in Christ and deepening their understanding of His Word, whether they are just beginning to seek God or have been following Jesus for years. He believes all are called to an exciting and vital role in God's great love story. Jeff and his wife Star have five children. Family life and investing in their marriage is vital to them. They view parenting as the opportunity to help each of their children discover the fullness of who they were made to be in God's story. Jeff loves hiking, hunting and outdoor adventures with family and friends. He also loves working in the garden with his wife. A story teller at heart, he finds great joy in communicating God's truth through captivating and relatable analogies.

Star, Jeff and their family moved to Duvall in 2005. Visiting Adventure Community Church for the first time, with baby Daniel in their arms and his three older siblings downstairs in Sunday School, they knew this would be their new church home. Before coming here, they served in Albania with Youth With A Mission for four years. As Children's Director, Star seeks to support parents as they oversee the spiritual growth of their children (birth-5th grade). She works to build a team of volunteers who provide opportunities for children to engage in a growing relationship with God. Her passion is to raise up young people to know the heart and character of God as seen in His Word, the Bible, and to know who they are in Christ. She longs to see others experience a living, real, growing relationship with God and to engage in being on mission with Him. She wants children to experience listening to God and to follow Him in the Adventure! Jeff and Star have 5 children, 4 adults and 1 who is about to graduate from high school.  Family life is vital to them and they love opportunities to connect as a family.  Star enjoys volleyball, walks, gardening, playing board games, nummy food, and relaxing with her family.

Amanda started attending Adventure in 2022 after meeting her now husband Caleb Ulrich. As the office manger, Amanda enjoys helping coordinate events that create space for God to speak into someone's heart.  Seeing the joy and love of God on people's face after receiving prayer, hearing the laughter of the children as they learn biblical truths, feeling the Holy Spirit move during worship are some of Amanda's greatest passions. She wishes for everyone who comes to Adventure to be impacted by what they find there and by the God who loves them  infinitely.
